Our school will have measures to ensure equally and equitably treated in accordance with Article 21 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
We will pay particular attention to students with fewer opportunities and we will provide support them in terms of additional financial support, always in accordance with institutional requirements, and specific guidance.
The estimated volume of mobilities will be 7 to 15 students for the first two years, it may increase in the following years
Teacher mobilities will also be considered, but, in the short term, the student mobilities are the priority.
Our collaborating companies and partners will be mainly located in Germany, specifically in the Nordrhein-Westfalen area, they are proven and very reliable contacts, coming from my previous experience as coordinator of international programs in another center.
During the development of the mobilities and at the end of them, the results and experience will be adequately disseminated. To do this, activities that the school already carries out on an annual basis will be incorporated as promotional programs, the school’s website and local media will also be used.
We offer degrees with high level of technical complexity, so that we need to collaborate with modern companies and workshop to update our knowledge and be in vanguard.
I consider that we should give our students the best training possible and mobilities are one of the best ways to check their knowledge and improve their skills. The access to these opportunities is the greatness of being part of the European Union.
Our institution expects in the short-medium term positive and lasting effects in participants and organization. Mobility activities should have the following impact in students, trainees, apprentices and youth:
-Improved learning outcomes; increasing employability and improving career prospects; increasing sense of initiative and entrepreneurship; improving of self-training and self-esteem, improving of foreign language skills; greater international awareness; more active participation in society; greater awareness in the European Project and the values of the EU; greater motivation to participate in future education/training after the period of mobility abroad.
As for the staff, youth workers and professionals in the field of education training the follow outcomes are expected:

In addition, the impact expected as participant is:
-Increased the capacity to operate at EU /International level improving management skills and international strategies, better quality of preparation, execution, supervision and monitoring of EU /International projects; improvement and innovation in the treatment of the target groups for example by developing more attractive programmes for students, youth and volunteers according to their needs and expectations, better qualifications on teaching staff, better processes of recognition and validation of the skills acquired during learning periods abroad, greater effectiveness of activities to deal with disadvantaged groups; creation of a more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment within the organization, predisposition to integrate good practices and new methods in daily activities, open to synergies with organizations in different social, educational and employment fields; more ability to attract excellent students and staff around the world.
In the long term the combination of several projects supported by this Key Action is expected to have an impact on education which will drive political reforms that will attract new resources for opportunities for mobilities in and outside EU.
The main indicators are:
Mobility targets for student: 7 to 15 the first two years, then we could increase the number.
Staff mobility: As has been explained, it is not a priority in the short term, but the staff mobility will be implemented as requested by the teachers of the school.
Quality of the implementation: Of course we contact in advance with all the companies and workshops, as I explained before our main partners will be located in Germany, where I have a good friend of mine that helps me with the companies and workshops, when if possible, we try to visit the companies to ensure they are appropriate and to stablish the proper trust, once you collaborate with a good one, the idea is to preserve it, so that we pay attention to its needs.
Support for participants: Previous mobility we start the contacts, send all the agreements and documents, take care of accommodation and commuting possibilities. I keep in contact weekly, via phone call, video conference, or e-mail, with the mentor in the workshop, company, area.
Students have to send to me a weekly email with the activities, tasks, they develop and general information to check that everything works fine, always paying attention to confidentiality.
To sum up, we try to care of our students from the beginning to the end, within our possibilities.
